Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kasrawy Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, your order will have entered production and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@kasrawyjewelry.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Not a customized or bespoke piece

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
